Season's greetings and all the best for 2010

Please accept this nice dove instead of a card. I'm giving my postage money to the Medical Foundation and Lancaster Homeless Action, and sending you all my best wishes electronically instead. Is this very disloyal to Royal Mail? I keep them going sending out prints of my aunt's art several times a week to lots of customers all over Scotland and the world!

Hannah Frank Poetry Competition deadline 31st March.

Anna's A levels, January and June.

My PhD deadline 31st December, pretty much - I really hope to get shot of it then, anyway, though my supervisors think it'll need another draft after then :-)

My job runs out, 31st July - unless I get the new project I'm chasing (will find out early February).

and hopefully at least twelve really nice mini-breaks in the Scottish and Northern English countryside with my LDR MOMD*.
